Your privacy is core to how we operate. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we keep it locked down.
1. Information we collect
- Account info — email address, Discord handle, and password (hashed).
- Order info — game account credentials you provide for service fulfillment, current rank, target rank, server region.
- Payment info — processed entirely by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Technical info — IP address, browser type, and basic usage analytics.
2. How we use it
- To fulfill your order and assign an operative.
- To send status updates and receipts.
- To improve our service and prevent fraud.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Account credentials
Game credentials you provide are encrypted at rest, shared only with the assigned operative, and deleted within 30 days of order completion. We strongly recommend changing your password after the order is finished.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with:
- The assigned operative completing your order.
- Stripe (payments) and our hosting/email infrastructure providers.
- Law enforcement when legally required.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for session management and basic analytics. No third-party advertising trackers.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. EU/UK users have additional rights under GDPR; California users under CCPA.
7. Data retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Order records are kept for 2 years for accounting purposes. Credentials are wiped within 30 days of completion.
8. Security
We use encrypted transport (TLS), encrypted storage, role-based access controls, and audited admin logs. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.
9. Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a revised date.
