Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing zenithboosts.com or purchasing any service from ZenithBoost ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a legal guardian, to place an order. You confirm that the account credentials you provide belong to you.

3. Services

ZenithBoost provides competitive rank boosting, duo queue, placement matches, and coaching for Overwatch. All services are performed by independent peak-rank operatives contracted by ZenithBoost.

4. Account security

You acknowledge that account sharing may violate Blizzard Entertainment's Terms of Service and that any associated risk (including but not limited to suspension or ban) is assumed by you. We employ VPN matching and discreet handling but cannot guarantee detection-free service.

5. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Orders are considered active once payment clears.

6. Order fulfillment

We aim to begin orders within 24 hours of purchase. Estimated completion times shown at checkout are best-effort projections, not contractual guarantees. Delays caused by queue times, server issues, or matchmaking variance are normal.

7. Conduct

You agree not to harass our staff, share account credentials publicly, or use our service to violate any law or third-party game policy beyond what is inherent to boosting itself.

8. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. In short: orders are non-refundable once work has begun.

9. Limitation of liability

ZenithBoost is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of account access, in-game items, MMR, or skill rating, arising from use of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
