Refund Policy

ZenithBoost does not offer refunds for any service, in part or in full, once an order has been placed.
Why no refunds?
Boosting is a labor service. The moment your order is placed, an operative is assigned, queued, and dedicating their time to your account. Unlike a physical product, the work cannot be "returned" — time spent climbing your rank is gone whether or not the order is cancelled. Refunding completed or in-progress labor would be unfair to our operatives, who are paid per order.
What we do instead
While we don't issue refunds, we stand behind our work. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right through one of the following:
- Order completion guarantee — if your operative is unable to complete your order, a replacement operative is assigned at no extra cost until the order is finished.
- Account safety credit — in the rare event of a verified suspension caused by our handling, we credit your account with equivalent service.
- Service swap — if you change your mind before work begins, we may convert the order to a different service of equal or lesser value (one-time, at our discretion).
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after work has begun is considered a breach of these terms. We document every order with timestamps, screenshots, and chat logs, and will contest disputes with our payment processor. Confirmed chargeback abuse results in a permanent ban and may be reported to fraud-prevention services.
Exceptions
The only exception is a duplicate charge caused by a payment processor error. In that case, contact us with proof and we'll reverse the duplicate immediately.
Questions before you buy
If you're unsure about anything — pricing, timing, your specific situation — DM chrispaulfan on Discord before placing the order. We'd rather answer ten questions than have one unhappy customer.
